I’ve been a customer at Jess Nails for about four years now and I’ve never had any kind of negative experience at all. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding what those other people were saying, but they’ve been nothing but kind to me not to mention how well they do my nails I’m a fan!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share mine. I had a very unsettling encounter with Jess Nails, specifically Jess, who spoke to me in a harsh and condescending manner in front of my child. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. While my nails were only halfway done, three white women walked into the salon. The technician who was working on my nails stopped in the middle of my service to assist them instead, leaving me sitting there waiting. I had a very disappointing experience at Jess Nails and will not be returning. When I walked into the salon, it was empty. I was not greeted, but I approached the staff and asked how much a manicure and pedicure would cost while showing them the nail design I wanted. I also requested a soak-off for my existing acrylic nails. The woman I assumed was Jess initially began trying to pry my acrylic nails off with a tool.
