Dr. Kirby has been my GoTo orthopedic doctor…..great hip replacement, fixed my shoulder problem and a hand problem….
Dr. Kirby was great! Reception was poor. Dr. Kirby referred me to a specialist for my problem, who is with Novant. The office Dr. Kirby sent me to left a voicemail a couple days later to call them back. First, I couldn’t get through for a couple days…the phone rang to a general Novant number for employees. I called Mooresville to make sure the person left the correct number. She wasn’t very nice. When I was able to get through, the person who answered the phone in that office was rude. Super efficient hospital, nurses were great. Dr. Kirby is great, really explains things to you. I had arthroscopic knee surgery. He also did my other knee about 5 years ago.
Dr. Kirby and the staff are always courteous and professional.
