I would give zero stars if possible. My Dad passed away recently and I took his wedding ring in to get appraised. I was offered 300.00 for it which I knew was low balled. I then took the ring to the Gold and diamond store and was offered 1000.00 for the same ring. Either Jess knew what the ring was worth and tried to screw me or the guy who appraised it was an idiot. Will NEVER do business with them and DO NOT reccomed them to anyone. Customer BEWHARE!

Today I went to Jess Jewelers to just get a latch repaired on a necklace. They were so nice there. He said he could fix my necklace on the spot. It only took about 5 minutes or so and it is perfect. I would highly recommend them and will return when I want to buy some jewelry. Wonderful customer service and beautiful jewelry.!!!!

I came in to Jess Jewelers with a general idea for my mother’s necklace. Ken worked with me and he knocked It out of the park! He answered every call and email quickly. As picky as I tend to be, he confirmed every detail, even to the placement of birthstones stones before finalizing it.The price was very fair, especially considering all the fine details, the amount of stones, CAD design and quality. I couldn’t be any happier. I 100% recommend Jess Jewelers and particularly Ken Alicea.
I went in to have my engagement ring fixed (bent prong on the setting) because Kay Didn’t have in house jewelers and would have had to send my ring out (no thank you!) They were friendly and professional and the loss prevention guy chatted me up and talked to me about jewelry while I waited. Man they have some gorgeous stuff I. There. A 1920’s diamond Art Deco tennis bracelet. Beautiful. They have new jewelry and estate jewelry. I recommend them for jewelry repair needs
