I am post op one year RTK and had my one year follow up this week. Dr. Lonner was backed up and very busy. He apologized for keeping me waiting (an hour). A lot of docs would not apologize and I appreciated the fact that he saw value in my time. Although I was there for my right knee follow-up, he sat and took the time to discuss my left knee and my future treatment for that knee and answered all my questions that I came in with written on a piece of paper. Dr. Longer and Francis his Medical Assistant were excellent, asked all my questions and didn’t make me feel like they were rushing to the next patient
Very respectful and does not sugarcoat anything. I felt very confident after I left the office.
Dr Lonner was professional, courteous and explained everything clearly. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and concerns.
