I ordered flowers to be delivered. It ended up being a snowy/icy day so I figured they would either be closed or delayed. But I got no update on my order and it was never delivered. I’ve tried calling many times and have left voicemails and still nothing. Really frustrating and I don’t live in town so I can’t just go to the shop. The arrangements aren’t cheap either! Update 1/14/25: the flowers were delivered 4 days later. But no communication about any of it.
