All I can say about Jess is that she is a very thoughtful realtor. She keeps you updated as to how the sale is going and does her best to get the best deal for you but not let you property go for nothing. She keeps a person updated very often so you are aware of any problems or questions. I highly recommend her and have already given her name and phone number to a friend who is looking for a house for her grandson.
As a first time buyer, I was so nervous about the process and knew basically nothing. Jess never failed to answer any of my questions, no matter the time of day. Jess was always there for me and talked me through every step of the process! I would recommend Jess to anyone, buying or selling! She was phenomenal and is the nicest person!
