On January 7, 2025, I went to Jerskie and Associates for a hair follicle test and had a very concerning experience. An excessive amount of hair was cut using household scissors, and when I objected and tried to document what was happening, staff threatened to fail my test if i didnt allow her to chop more chunks of hair at this point a ball of hair is sitting on the dirty desk surface wjen i attempt to video the amount of hair.staff removed the hair and left the area. if I could give this place zero stars I would I waited in line for 30 minutes just to be refused all because I had no barcode but a page full of my information even a registration of my email for proof and while waiting, they refuse two customers even though they don’t stop asking for drug screening until 430 .
