I went in to find a new OBGYN for all my womanly needs and to continue my regular birth control routine (uncovered by my insurance). I was told I needed a new patient consultation first (covered by my insurance). I asked for the price of the consultation without insurance so I would know just in case. I was told $120. WORST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD!!!!! I came in two times after waiting literally 3 hours to see her and she did absolutely nothing. She was unable to solve my problem and always wanted me to come back so that she can have more money without resolving my issue. AVOID GOING TO THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS! It is not worth the wait time or money. She has absolutely the worst patient care and does not even know the patient history when she comes in to see you.
I was disappointed because DR. Shienbaum had me come in for an appointment for absolutely nothing. They charged me the co-pay before going to talk with the dr. She asked why I was there and if I had any concerns. I had none, she didn't examin me or do my pap. Really weird and really wasn't worth my time. The office charged me and my insurance company so that was an easy $182.37 for them.
