The best cleaning service I've ever used!! From how communicative Jesa is to how well their staff clean. Friendly, attentive, and detail oriented; the apartment always looks spotless after they're done. Super happy with their work!
They did a great job and I was very happy with the result of how the apartment looked, however I booked 3 hrs and was charged for 7 hrs because two people were cleaning. I understand more time was needed given it was a move out cleaning, however I wasn’t told I would be charged for double so more communication would have been appreciated.
