Never, Never buy from JES, I usually don't write reviews, but this was needed and please read.. Wished I had checked the BBB before making my purchase.. I purchased a 60-inch worktable, realized it was to large for the space, called JES explained the situation and in turn purchased 48-inch worktable.. Total cost in all $4,585.00. We are building a new house and ordered a refrigerator from them. The box arrived undamaged on 10/19/20 and we did not unbox it as it was going to be installed once we got that room and the cabinets built. When we unpacked it (12/29/20), the front had a TERRIBLE dent in it. I contacted customer service immediately and they have done absolutely NOTHING. They even told me I had to purchase a new door.
