I called late one evening, just before they were about to close, and spoke with Kingston. Even though it was the end of the day, Kingston listened carefully to the plumbing issue I was having. He explained it wasn’t an emergency and said someone would reach out to me the next day. The next morning, I got a call a little after 10am letting me know a plumber was on the way.
