The worst construction company in the world they came to Florida after the hurricanes took advantage of old homeowners And even used half drywall on a ceiling with ceiling rafters spaced 24 inches apart so now it is Higher company, you will regret it 50 people down here fired them That’s only the Poor people
Ryan at JES Construction was absolutely outstanding. He helped me during a flooded apartment situation and truly went above and beyond to make a stressful experience manageable. He was extremely professional, responsive, and quick to take action when it mattered most. I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring he was throughout the process. Highly recommend Ryan and JES Construction—excellent service all around.
This is a follow-up to a post I made concerning a construction company and rebuilding our condo community, after a flood. I just want to say that Jes has far exceeded my expectations . All the workers are just amazing , because they truly care about the homeowner. Worst company ever. They are remodeling a lot of units in the condo complex i live in. ZERO COMMUNICATION. They break people's property while remodeling the units and don't replace it. Its been 14 months and they are still remodeling. This was supposed to take 7-10 months. Workers leave nails all over the ground. Dozens of people at the complex got flat tires because of their nails. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN
I made an appointment with JES to come out and evaluate a water problem, Their rep. Demetrius arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was honest, and it turned out that I did not need their services. However, should the need arise in the future, I will definitely call JES and ask for Demetrius.
