This is a follow-up to a post I made concerning a construction company and rebuilding our condo community, after a flood. I just want to say that Jes has far exceeded my expectations . All the workers are just amazing , because they truly care about the homeowner. Worst company ever. They are remodeling a lot of units in the condo complex i live in. ZERO COMMUNICATION. They break people's property while remodeling the units and don't replace it. Its been 14 months and they are still remodeling. This was supposed to take 7-10 months. Workers leave nails all over the ground. Dozens of people at the complex got flat tires because of their nails. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN
I made an appointment with JES to come out and evaluate a water problem, Their rep. Demetrius arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was honest, and it turned out that I did not need their services. However, should the need arise in the future, I will definitely call JES and ask for Demetrius.
I just wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation and admiration for J. E. S. They have been 100% accommodating towards me during my difficult time through the hurricane of Helene. My condo complex got completely flooded and our units have to be partially demoed and then put back together.
