From notification of appointment, to setting up file details to after exam follow up, all things were done well and timely. All people I interacted with were kind, polite friendly and efficient. A very good experience.
Jervey Eye Group ALWAYS fits me in! They met me at the clinic when they weren’t open on Christmas Eve to evaluate me after an accident I had, then another time they worked my 1 yo son in within an hour when I needed it. AND THEN the other day, when I had what I found out was my first ocular migraine and was worried and unsettled, they got me in within an hour! They truly do go above and beyond and their staff is efficient and kind.
Everyone from the moment I walked in very professional, smiles, welcoming! Dr was smiling, cheerful and pleasant.. beautiful new office, very comfy , clean and welcoming.. not on top of each other, enough space to sit..
