To rate them 1/10 is an understatement. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from them. I’m currently living under their management and can’t wait til the lease is over. I've lived at 69 Trinity Place for over 10 years and this is the worst I've ever seen it. These individuals are nothing but receiving rent and will not provide any kind of service that you would think of building what take with their tenants. Refuse to paint Apartments refuse to clean the carpets after issues with either the toilet backing up due to their sewage is issues or sinks flooding because the pipes are old. $250 redecoration fee. $100 water fee (per person). Have pictures of everything. Good luck... if you still have a chance, Danker Village Apartments doesn't have a 8 page lease.
Glad I’m not the only person writing this that believes the people Jerusalem are SLUMLORDS. Redecorarion fee, uncleaned apartment upon move-in (violation of lease), unpainted apartment upon move-in ( also in violation of lease), keeps security deposit despite most apartments being better after move-in due to the cleanliness of tenants. Asaf is rude and Jim isn’t much better. Maintenance men are incompetent. Do not rent from them no matter what!!!
These fucks try and kick you out of your house every year by threatening to bring in new people who are “willing to pay more” bunch of scam artists
