My experience at Jerusalem Jewelry in Paterson, NJ was extremely disappointing. We waited inside the store for 30–40 minutes, and despite repeatedly trying to get assistance, the staff continuously ignored us. Several employees brushed us off very bluntly, and no one made any real effort to acknowledge or help us. An older gentleman tried to assist, but after he referred us to another section, we were again completely disregarded.
