I BROUGHT A 2 PC SECTION 15 MONTHS AGO AND CUSHION IS DEFECTED, THEY SAY AND WARRANTIYT SAYS IT IS FROM WEAR AND TEAR, BUT ONE ONE PERSON USES IT. SO I WONT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
I ordered the Briaroaks Sofa and I am very pleased. It’s very comfortable and as described. It was delivered in 2 days. The men who delivered it was respectful and assembled the furniture and disposed of the trash. Excellent customer service!
This furniture store is the worst!! Three months after we bought a leather sectional it started peeling.... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They don't honor their warranty and they will not refund your money. I have photos that I wish I could post here.
I would give this place 10 stars, if I could -- especially in my dealings with Reem. I had a complex order to fill, and she gave me her attention for hours. Literally, hours. She was patient, helpful, and always positive. She went WAY beyond what she had to do, just to get the job done. We had a text conversation at midnight! This was the best customer service that I've ever experienced!
