Dr. Kapoor is very professional and go in detail about your eye health. He accommodates special request. I would recommend Dr. Kapoor to anyone. Update: Dr. Kapoor is not working here anymore. New doctors are not as good. Be careful with Dr. Malik. She tries to extract everything from your insurance coverage, even if you go there for routine eye check-up, she bills for diagnostic treatment and sends you separate bill. Never happened when Dr. Kapoor was there.
I had an excellent experience with the eye doctor at LensCrafters. I have astigmatism, and finding the right contact lenses was not easy. After multiple fittings and several different lens trials, she remained incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and committed to helping me find the perfect solution. Dr. Malik took the time to listen to my concerns, made thoughtful adjustments, and never rushed the process. Dr. Malik did a fantastic job today for my routine eye exam. She was very thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything. The staff were very friendly. I was also very impressed with all the equipment used in the pre-testing. I definitely recommend her!

Let me begin, Stephanie, is an absolute rockstar at the counter! She was very welcoming and answered any questions I had. Rudra, the man! Super nice little fella with a great smile and awesome attitude. Doc Malik was a standout as well, she kept me very informed and I felt like a new man leaving the facility. Overall A1 sauce over here, get ya eyes checked and see the world in a new way!
