I was visiting family in the area and my glasses broke. was happy to get an immediate appointment the next day at their office on the weekend. the doctor was kind enough to suggest I should do a contact lens fitting so I can see right away, even though I didn’t schedule for that and I have never worn contacts. The technician took her time to help coach me on what to do. They even gave me extra contacts in case they ripped before my glasses were done. I really appreciate their help in a difficult situation.
From beginning to end - everything went so smoothly . I completely forgot about my appointment because I made it so far in advance so thank you to the young man who called me to remind me. And can I just say ? I love the fact that they sent the forms through text message - so convenient and can appreciate not having to sit in a waiting room filling out forms . Dr. Wu is the best ! She is the sweetest and SO THOROUGH ! she answered all my questions with patience . I haven’t had an eye exam in over 4 years because the doctor I used to go to was always in a rush and always had horrible bed side manners. Dr. Wu takes her time and made me feel so comfortable. The tech was so polite and professional and took his time to go over all the machines . I love that they have a camera to take a picture of the back of the eye instead of having dilations . I would hate the drops because of the bl... read more
