My son was referred to this practice after a recent ER visit. They would not schedule him an appointment because he is a private pay patient. It is incomprehensible that a doctors office would not see a patient that is willing to pay cash. I’m so frustrated!

They encourage patients to use the patient portal. Tried to send a clinical question this morning concerning medication dosage and the portal would not send the request. Tried twice, not able to "continue". Tried to call, on hold for a 1/2 hour & the called dropped off. Called back, no answer at any prompt. Glad this wasn't an emergency!

If I could give this group zero stars I would. My husband was referred here by his primary dr. He brought his insurance card to them in person. They took his card and told him they were in our plan. Lo and behold we started getting bills from them. We called and they assured us it was" their fault" and not to worry. Fast forward to receiving a threatening letter that they were going to bill our credit card which they required us to provide at his one and only appt, or send us to a collection agency. Had an appointment scheduled for August 10th, Then I receive a letter in the mail stating termineation of physician and patient relationship because I was "non compliant" Very confused, so i called and was told they would look into it... no phone call back and when i call they dont answer... mind blowing how you could do that to someome. Thanks Dr Piskun
