RecommendedWe had a very good experience with JSVES this past week. We brought our dog there after a few visits with our own vet, never receiving any diagnosis information, and with our dog declining fast. Within seconds Dr. Fenwick diagnosed our pet. He proceeded to tell us what had to be done. We left our pet overnight in their care and came back the next day to a dog on it's way back to health. He saved our pet's life. We had a very good experience here last night. As I'm sure is the case with most, coming here was not easy and I was quite a mess. The staff was incredibly caring and kind and made the exception to see our small pet. I don't know where we'd be if we had to drive an hour to the next nearest emergency vet. Grateful for such kindness and great service!
We needed to visit JSVES twice in one day and had two different doctors. They were both so incredibly helpful and kind. I almost wish they could be our main veterinarians!
Dr Laura and staff were so amazing to me, my husband and 10yr old daughter when an emergency visit ended up with a decision we hated to make for our dog Sage... and a few days later when our hearts we're missing her terribly our daughter opened the mail to a beautiful sympathy card with her dog print that we could cherish... class act JSVES. thank you
Thank you so much to the kind staff here. Our dog Dino passed away last week at home, I brought him in, they treated him with respect and care. I can’t say thank you enough for making a terrible time a little less so. Also, during our time of grieving we received a sympathy card with his paw print. This meant the world to us. horrible place...mean workers..very inconsiderate...I went there with my dog that got sprayed by a skunk..she was coughing and could not really breath..the girl screamed at me get your dog out..so I waited outside thought they would come out 20 minutes...finally I called she came out I said I been waiting outside..she said well we can not help u..I was like what...finally I took my dog to redbank they took her right in..they were so kind and helpful..took care of my dog plus meds...i reported jersey shore emergency hosp to t... read more
I moved to the area two years ago. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Laura and the staff. Recently our kitty Tucker needed emergency surgery for an obstruction. Dr Laura performed the surgery and we were able to bring him home. They answered all our questions and were extremely patient with all our concerns. Thank you all so much for your extreme knowledge and care! Forever grateful.
STAY AWAY! My cat needed a simple enema procedure and ended up dead on the operating room table, covered in blood from bleeding internally due to this vet's mistake. He was given too much sedation medicine ("due to his weight") and was not monitored while he was sedated. I spoke to numerous knowledgeable people and vets and they all said something had to have been punctured internally during this "simple" enema procedure to cause my cat to bleed like he did and ultimately die.
