THE WORST OFFICE STAFF. You will never find an office who picks up the phone less, argues, hangs up on patients, and is less effective at their job; they are the rudest group. They actually just put the phone on service whenever they feel like it; call the office and it states "the phone may be on service bc we're busy." How do you get in touch with people then? My Mother had been visiting Dr Rhee, who she thought was a good doctor. Dr Rhee ordered an MRI for her and it was discovered that she needed emergency surgery the day following the MRI. However, the reason she knew she had to get to the ER is because the Dr was out of the office for a few days and couldn't be reached by the Radiologist, so the Radiologist called my mother directly to advise her what was going on.
