I’ve been going to this office for years when Dr Rhee was there. He was extremely nice and caring. But the staff is horrible and rude and they still are! I get into an argument with them everytime I have to deal with them, especially on the phone. And I don’t ever fight with anyone. And they talk about the patients as they are sitting there. I was also handed my files and told to go somewhere else by Fitzpatrick. Goodbye. I’m going to NYU now! See Ya!

THE WORST OFFICE STAFF. You will never find an office who picks up the phone less, argues, hangs up on patients, and is less effective at their job; they are the rudest group. They actually just put the phone on service whenever they feel like it; call the office and it states "the phone may be on service bc we're busy." How do you get in touch with people then?
