The customer service is non existent but that’s only the beginning. Asked for and paid for insurance damaged a TV beyond repair and lost a box of personal items We are now being told we can’t prove when the damage occurred so insurance isn’t going to pay the claim for the TV and no one can find our personal belongings. RecommendedI Just got home after a long a productive day of moving with your crew. We could never have accomplished today what we did without the help of your movers. They were strong, patient, respectful and did I say strong and patient?!! I could not recommend these movers enough. They showed up on time(earlier) and busted their U know what for hours without complaint. They made a very stressful day much much easier. Thank you soooo much!!
🙁😝😝Locals over 30 yrs & like mOST movers storage RUDE went in office only because allegedly Family Owned & locals! No one even in office empty & No STORAGE except Cubes like PODS..use AAA cheaper & nicer !All our property ics Insured & valuable; at least they could answer a question RIP off artists because buy Summer season & NJ Shore!!in Person;for Small manasquan local move & could not even get Answer that there a FOUR HOUR Minimum..better off get ting a UHAUL & Hiring Mexicans at 7-11. Robbie and Pete came to move me out this morning. I am so happy they were assigned to me. Pete had an infectious positive attitude and Robbie was super friendly. They took care of all my personal items as if it were their own. I highly recommend JSM!
