Very judgmental people. They will laugh in your face about your questions or concerns. The office manager, Maria and Dr. Anne made disgusting comments outside my room door and when Maria was confronted She tried to barricading me in the room by standing in front of the door once I notified her, everything was recorded. Horrible experience and they tack on anything to bill your insurance.
Wow what a garbage practice!!!!! I can only comment of the office and support staff but they seem to be some of the most unintelligent uneducated and overall stupid people I have dealt with in healthcare to date. Starting with the office receptionist. You should learn how to speak to people. You come off nice but you are ignorant. Like actually ignorant. Making a statement that if I paid cash for the appointment it would be insurance fraud??? Like what the actual F is that??? Learn how to do you job better and you definitely... read more
