I have never dealt with such a rude staff! They do not care. They do not care if you need medicine. They don't care if your sick and Dr Molty never gets my messages. I have been waiting weeks for paperwork, my husband is a diabetic and waiting 3 months for paperwork to be filled out . Daniella is a liar! Promised me last week. shame on them.
I wish I could give a 5 star because the Doctors are great, but front desk are so helpless and lack of patien’s understanding, when you talk to the one girl who takes the appointments after you’re done with the doctor’s visit, she is always in a bad mood, don’t even check what the patient need or what the doctor said. My Coworker recommended this office and she said its the Best! I have to agree it’s Phenomenal! Dr Morelos is the Best! The staff is Excellent! Dr Morelos is the most compassionate Physician I have ever met. Dr Morelos listens and really cares about your concerns.. Worst front desk staff! Very rude and look out for billing errors. I was charged for sick visits when they were annual wellness checkups and they wanted me to pay out of pocket and would not fix their errors. It was bad because I liked the doctor.
Dr. Sheth is my PCP at this practice, he is very kind and thorough with information. He listens and wants the best for his patients.
