Jersey Shore Fitness is the best kept secret along the ocean in Bradley Beach. Open 24/7 this old school training facility has everything you need whether you are a hardcore bodybuilding enthusiast, a weekend warrior or retired and just trying to get it in. The mix is pretty diverse and there is plenty of equipment and free weights for everyone. The exposed brick lends itself to the atmosphere. It's one of my favorite gyms in the country.
