I love this a Gym, the gym has every piece of equipment that a gym rat or fitness buff could dream of. Old school vibe with a mix of new school too. I cannot think of anything else you would need to train with that is not in this 24/7 365 Fitness Center!

Best gym on the Jersey shore. friendly, attentive staff, plethora of weights, machines, and classes and clean, welcoming environment. No hidden fees or excessive contracts. I can't picture myself working out at any other gym after being a member of Jersey Shore Fitness Shop.
