Purchased a gift certificate thru Groupon for as a Christmas present for a family members teeny tiny 3 bedroom ranch. Easy peasy for a "3 man hours of cleaning" Only 2 people showed, only stayed an hour and a half. Did basic cleaning. Didn't mop the floors/vacuum. Didn't complete the job. While the house smelled clean, it wasn't. Furniture dusted, not polished. When purchased, we were under the assumption "3 man hours" (plural) meant 3 hours.. or 3 people. First time using a cleaning service, found them on Groupon. The level of attention to detail had us finding small things they did (that we love) for days, like arranging my son's bath toys neatly or just finding something they cleaned that we assumed would be overlooked. Very professional and courteous, felt like I was in a hotel room after they left! Was planning on this being a one time purchase but considering hiring them on a regular basis.
