I had a terrible experience with 2 staff members at Jersey Rehab - Sandra and Lisa her manager. I've been a patient at Jersey Rehab for 1 year and was really surprised at the treatment. Sandra was extremely rude to me over the phone - wouldn't listen to the questions I had and kept repeating the same things to me over and over again while talking over me. I have been going to Jersey rehab for years, the staff literally treats you like family and there is rarely if ever a wait. From the providers I see Dr. H and Karen NP to the support staff including the front desk team, everyone is always welcoming and amazing.
