I've been a patient of the Doctors here at Jersey Rehab for over 20 years. The Doctors are true professionals! They are attentive, polite, and patient oriented. They will provide all that they can to help relieve your pain and address any concerns. The office staff is friendly and professional. The office is well organized and patient waiting room is always clean and welcoming. If you need a pain management Doctor, I highly recommend Jersey Rehab. Shirley
Went there with severe sciatica pain ( in fairness I had no appointment) but I’m an existing patient l, they’ve done procedures on my spine before, i told them I was willing to wait till they had an opening, the dr was standing right there and wouldn’t even look at me and told the receptionist he wasn’t gonna take today.
I find every one very. Helpful I do have appointments soon not sure if Tuesday?
I had a terrible experience with 2 staff members at Jersey Rehab - Sandra and Lisa her manager. I've been a patient at Jersey Rehab for 1 year and was really surprised at the treatment. Sandra was extremely rude to me over the phone - wouldn't listen to the questions I had and kept repeating the same things to me over and over again while talking over me. I have been going to Jersey rehab for years, the staff literally treats you like family and there is rarely if ever a wait. From the providers I see Dr. H and Karen NP to the support staff including the front desk team, everyone is always welcoming and amazing.
