First time going, lady in front of me has 4 subs and sat there picking every ingredient on her sandwich (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc) they finally start mine and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. I asked to swap cheeses and all was well. I never see them actually make it but I heard the grill in the back and figured they were warming up the bacon and chicken.
