No one comes here because they are absurdly expensive and always mess up your order. -second time around everything was perfect. Friendly staff and great tasting sub.
Very rude employees. Argued with me in front of other customers when I filled my reusable cup with ice after spending $40 on sandwiches but insisted I “stole soda” from the fountain. I will never return to Jersey mikes. Even after years of being a loyal customer to the original Jersey Mike’s in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, since 1999. Shame. But luckily Worcester has plenty to offer when it comes to food establishments. This unprofessional behavior makes it easy to choose from now.
Great sub!! Staff was no-nonsense , food was up quick...tasted fresh as can be..wasn't expecting much but it was really good
Good subs, made fresh
Gave them another chance. They must read these reviews because this location has improved 100% I no longer have to drive to the Shrewsbury location. Previous visit. Hardly any lettuce and tomatoes. Requested jalapeños on the side never got them. The bread was so dry it fell apart. I don't know if they're not covering it or if it's day old.
