I frequent here weekly, love their sandwiches and online service. I usually get a hot sandwich "Mikes Way" (the way it's listed on the menu (the chicken chipotle is my favorite)), and it's reassuring to see them put fresh meat on the grill for me instead of a frozen unknown slab. The staff have the cordiality of Chick-fil-A but without the artificial "my pleasure". I also would recommend the app and have gotten multiple free sandwiches just from my normal ordering habits.
