I am changing my review back to 1 star after experiencing what I can only describe as a deceptive bait-and-switch by the franchise ownership group, Laguna Capital Partners. Initially, I left a 1-star review because corporate inexplicably discontinued the Hot Italian—a sandwich for which this store still has every single ingredient sitting on the prep line. Went in while waiting on a hair appointment next door. This location is really clean and everything was really fresh. Both staff members we encountered were very kind. The food was yummy and we ended up getting a box of little cookies because they were cooked perfectly. Thanks for lunch and a nice experience!
I am updating my previous review because the management at this Cottonwood Heights location just delivered some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Omg!!!!! I just had the best experience here! I’m pretty habitual and usually get the same thing every time. But this time, Patrick #1, the gentleman that took my order made a new suggestion for me to try. So I excepted! Great selection the #8! The employees here are doing something special. There's regulars, they're making samwitches special for customers and laughing behind the counter the whole time. But above all, this is by far the best samwitch I've had at a Jersey Mike's.
