I like jersey Mike's in Seattle but here the quality isn't there, I would rather go down the street to Firehouse Subs if I'm paying a premium price

This place lacks customer skills, professionalism, customer appreciation. Arrived at this establishment while passing through on vacation. Asked if the bread was fresh not hard was informed it was fresh complete lie. Bread was hard, bacon lays out for sandwiches does not look good at all.
