I first went to the Meadowvale location after opening (I left a raving 5 star review, much of the staff are here, but after spending 20 bucks on my Philly cheese steak, all while the staff were the same (opening the new location - same as Meadowvale) I will not return to either location - my Philly cheesesteak (#17) was so light, and missing the main point - I got bread with a pinch of beef and toppings. Extremely disappointed.
Excellent food
I think it's the freshly sliced meat? But I won't eat any other sub, not after having Jersey Mikes. And the customer service is AMAZING! I don't know if is a chain as a whole or this particular location management and training, as I have never been in another. Compare this to Chipotle, where the customer is hated or at least they make you feel that way.
Always great sub from jersey mikes. The employees here stood out from others. They were very kind. I wish I got the young man’s name that are my sub. He was excellent.
