Updated: Amending to 3 stars as the GM called today after responding to my review and made it right. It was more work than it needed to be to get it corrected but the manager was very polite and apologized. Absolutely terrible customer service and experience. I definitely would not recommend ordering from this location but especially from the app. I ordered a sandwich from the app and it was wrong when I got it home. I went in to order take out. I was very impressed with the efficiency and politeness of the people working. They were doing a great job handling their delivery orders and the customers standing in line. My sandwich is excellent. Thank you!

Here's the revised review: 1/5 stars Disappointing Experience at Jersey Mike's Springhill I'm extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness at this location. My son and I visited to order subs for my family, but the dirty restaurant and poor service drove us away. The counter was littered with lettuce, and there was a knife covered in mayonnaise just sitting out.
