Here's the revised review: 1/5 stars Disappointing Experience at Jersey Mike's Springhill I'm extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness at this location. My son and I visited to order subs for my family, but the dirty restaurant and poor service drove us away. So the times I’ve ordered food have been fine but let’s talk about the doors to the establishment that have a KNOWN problem (pretty sure *today* we were told the OWNERS WIFE was hurt by said door) this is the 2nd time in about 3-5 weeks that someone in my family has been injured by EACH door going into the restaurant. My online order was supposed to have been ready when I arrived. I waited 8 minutes before I just walked out. The workers said the online orders would be done after the in store orders were done. I don't think I've ever encountered a slower group of restaurant workers in my life. Yall are making sandwiches, not cooking anything. Absolutely ridiculous.
Delivery pickup service sucks at this location. They have no motivation to move orders for online delivery. Never would i come to this location again. I have to blame management for the lack of service.
