We went to another local Jersey Mikes about 2 weeks ago and ordered an Italian sandwich. When we got home we noticed that they only put ham on it but charged us for the Italian. When we mentioned this to this Jersey Mike's they gave us a free Italian sandwich. Clarissa waited on us and made our sandwich. She was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back there

We had cold sandwiches and they were delicious. They were busy so there was a little wait. We had pre-ordered our meal so the staff apologized for the wait. A good place to get food. It's fresh and delicious.
I placed an order with Grubhub, however the order was not completely fulfilled. I called the location and spoke with Crystal (manager). She was apologetic and immediately sought out a resolution for the error. I first contacted Grubhub for a full refund and followed up with Crystal when the order was resubmitted. The second order was prepared perfectly. Thank you, Crystal for your professionalism.
