What’s the point of ordering ahead for pick up when the pickup time is 15 minutes after placing the order, then all the walk-ins receive their food first, and the order is done 15-20 minutes later than the estimated time given when I placed the order online. Total time since order placed to received 40 minutes??? Terrible service.
New to Stafford, just moved to Embry Mill. Just witnessed the laziest operation. One poor young man was doing all the work. Two other young ladies, one who was obviously the manager, were on their phones. The young man was left to do everything. What should have been a 5 minute stop turned into a 15 minute ordeal. Been to many jersey Mike's as I travel for business and can always depend on a good sub. Well not this location got a #9 (my usual) first off was told no more rosemary parm bread but I seen with my own eyes over 12 left in the rack behind them.. Secondly was the disgrace of a sub they gave me. I've seen more meat on a 7/11 pre-made sub. I'd be embarrassed to had someone an almost $19 sub to have what looks like 49 cents worth of meat. Goodbye jersey Mike's was a nice run.
I just ordered a sub and a sandwich maker. Use the same pair of gloves to touch the cash register, stickers, knives, and my sandwich. I was highly displeased with the service and when the employee could tell, I was disturbed they didn’t even try to reconcile. They just match my energy, which is really unprofessional and unclean so I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this jersey Mike’s as I am writing this review.
