This Jersey Mike’s location absolutely saved the day for us! Our wedding catering unexpectedly fell through, and we were scrambling to find food for guests. The team jumped into action and made a huge order of Giant subs in about 30 minutes. They were incredibly kind, calm, and accommodating during a stressful situation. I would advise anyone that orders online not to, just go there so you can see how your sandwich is made. We love jersey Mike's but this place don't know how to read instructions. I understand people make mistakes but this has happened many times, we always give multiple chances. I have called and talked to the manager many times, no more. You order a sandwich not Mike's way but you still get it that way. You order mayo but don't get any. You order extra meat on steak sandwich, you don't get it but pay for it. Most fire sub I’ve ever had. Got the #13 Italian and Madylin made it, I couldn’t believe how straight gas it was.
They could be rude at sometimes
Customer service was okay, but they rushed my sandwich and didn't add any toppings.
