Caught them during an unexpected rush and they just did the absolute best. The food was delicious but the staff worked so hard and kept it all together.
Easily the best cheesesteaks and sub sandwiches from any chain in the wide area north of Orlando!! Very friendly and helpful staff! Just don't come for atmosphere, there isn't any, and that is perfectly OK. Can't eat or drink atmosphere!
I walked into the store w/ my friend to pick up an online order. We wanted to buy chips additionally but no one came to help us. The store was empty. As we waited 10 min for staff (there were 4) we watched our mobile order sit on the counter instead of the “prepared to-go” rack. Food was normal no complaints.
