I walked into the store w/ my friend to pick up an online order. We wanted to buy chips additionally but no one came to help us. The store was empty. As we waited 10 min for staff (there were 4) we watched our mobile order sit on the counter instead of the “prepared to-go” rack. Food was normal no complaints.
Went here tonight. I will NEVER return to this location again. Worst Jersey Mikes experience I have ever had. Never again.
Ordered for delivery and it came sooner than estimated. The food was delicious, and they listened to our special request instructions:) my husband and I were super happy since this was basically our first time eating after not being able to since we were in bed for days badly sick… this is what we were craving and our craving was definitely satisfied!!
One of the doors was locked, falsely giving the impression that the store was closed. If customers aren’t meant to use this door, then it should be labeled as such.
