I visited on 4/24 20mins before closing & about me & five other customers came in all at once, although I knew these 2 young men were annoyed (who wouldn't be) they never showed it, took our orders nice and polite!
Store Manager is rude. I asked for (4) different sandwiches. the store manager literally had a mental breakdown. couldn’t handle the fact that I asked for four sandwiches; and walked away from the sandwich making station to the back office to hide. What kind of customer service is that? 35 to 40 year-old white male wearing glasses. The (3) bags of chips (cool ranch Doritos) that I bought. all four of them were stale. Overall quality of sandwiches compared to potbelly’s or Schlotzsky’s 2 out of 10
Hands down the best sub spot in Cypress. I tried the Elyson location, but it wasn’t the same—too much mayo and super soggy. This Cypress Fry location makes their subs with love, and I could honestly eat here twice a week.
