Messed up my order 3X ordered through app and said 15min. Took 40 minutes. Better locations than this. Update: sent a review in because I tried them 1 more time. 40 minutes later, my order was still on the dispenser. Manager emailed me. Sorry. No free sub. No explanation. SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE. EDIT 7 months later: Management really got their act together. This place is now one of the best! Good job!
I'm a regular and love this place so this is only a tempory review to be noticed my management who appears to be receiving these reviews and commenting on them. But please stop providing warm, Unrefrigerated drinks with to-go orders. Every time i place an order for pick up through Door Dash and get a bottled drink, it is always Unrefrigerated. You should never give a customer a warm drink ever at the premium price point you are at.
Uhm ion know but ts is pretty fire
Food is great pricing is horrible. $17 for a regular sub almost $18 actually chips and a drink is robbery. You should be ashamed of yourself Mike.
