I ordered to-go about 25 minutes from closing. I completely understand it can be frustrating to have people come in around closing time but I should still be treated with respect and kindness. The girl who was working the line was on her phone for about 15-30 seconds before even acknowledging me. When she did, I was spoken to rudely and carelessly. Food tastes good but they are consistently very slow - every time I order online it's not ready when the order tells me to come in. It took 31 minutes for them to make 2 sandwiches. They never seem to even make the sandwiches until you come in after waiting on your order. Was really good when they opened but the service has slipped considerably. The indoor atmosphere is pretty unpleasant - they have had an extremely loud and screeching door for over a month at least. Music is very loud generally.
