Just stopped for lunch, friendly and fast customer service
Ordered via uber eats. They put that nasty relish on all of my subs when its not requested on my order. Verified the receipt too and nope. Not selected. This is on Jersey Mikes. These kids working there have no concern for customers orders and it shows. Thanks for ruining my lunch!
The subs are decent. I come here for my kids mostly and I don’t mind grabbing something for myself here and there. Convenient location. Good service. Great staff.
Every single time I order from here the order is correct and everything always tastes great. All of the employees here are very pleasant and hardworking which is a testament to the management.
Messed up my order 3X ordered through app and said 15min. Took 40 minutes. Better locations than this. Update: sent a review in because I tried them 1 more time. 40 minutes later, my order was still on the dispenser. Manager emailed me. Sorry. No free sub. No explanation. SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE. EDIT 7 months later: Management really got their act together. This place is now one of the best! Good job!
