My first time trying this place and it was just... ok. I ordered the chicken cheese steak and there's only meat and cheese on the sandwich. No toppings, barely any sauce. My boys split the Chipotle chicken. They started out loving it but then realized the toppings were not well distributed through the sandwich. The sandwiches are ok, but for $35 for one and a half sandwiches, I expected way more. Chips and stick doesn't even come with the sandwich. That price is astronomical for basic sandwiches!
I'll start by giving credit where it's due: the sandwiches made by Jersey Mike's are really good. But my review goes downhill from there. I've patronized Jersey Mike's twice now - the second time was the Barker-Cypress location in Cypress, TX, and the first was the Fairfield location in Cypress, TX. I had previously visited a Jersey Mikes location that completely ruined my order. I came to this location off barker cypress and 290 on friday and the worker there Avlin, as well as the other team members, were very friendly and quick in preparing my order. This was probably by far the best sandwhich I've gotten from a jersey mikes location and I ordered 6 total for our family. All were made to perfection!
Disorganized ticket management. Waited almost an hour for an online order while people went through the line in 10 minutes. Staff were frustrated and irritable. Avoid.
I love their subs. I really like using their app to order ahead and customize each sub. They put a name on each one if you enter who it's for. This is very helpful with a group.
