I'll start by giving credit where it's due: the sandwiches made by Jersey Mike's are really good. But my review goes downhill from there. I've patronized Jersey Mike's twice now - the second time was the Barker-Cypress location in Cypress, TX, and the first was the Fairfield location in Cypress, TX. I learned the following from these two visits: 1. Sandwich construction is streamlined for cold meats because its workflow is very similar to Subway's. 2. I had previously visited a Jersey Mikes location that completely ruined my order. I came to this location off barker cypress and 290 on friday and the worker there Avlin, as well as the other team members, were very friendly and quick in preparing my order. This was probably by far the best sandwhich I've gotten from a jersey mikes location and I ordered 6 total for our family. All were made to perfection!
Disorganized ticket management. Waited almost an hour for an online order while people went through the line in 10 minutes. Staff were frustrated and irritable. Avoid.
I love their subs. I really like using their app to order ahead and customize each sub. They put a name on each one if you enter who it's for. This is very helpful with a group.
