lovley staff and service! ordered ahead online and recieved my order 5 minutes before the app said it was going to be due. had a very yummy lunch!
Why does it take an hour plus to make one sandwich? And then I’m calling and calling and being left on hold let in the store telling me 6 more minutes I wait. And additional 20 minutes like the service here is ridiculous
Luke was especially kind. He helped me navigate a difficult situation with someone outside. Seriously, Luke was a huge help and he made my experience at Jersey Mike’s so much better.

I placed an online order for pick up around 1258p I believe . I know because of the lunch hour , it's typically super busy and it's a small location, so i gave grace and decided to head their a little later. I got their around 125p-130p and my order still was not ready , nor was anybody calling out orders . I waited online for a few until the mobile order / pickup side died down a bit .
