Paid delivery fees of $10 to have a Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak delivered from E 52nd to E 63rd, and when it arrived, the sandwich had zero chicken; I mean none whatsoever; a chicken cheese steak missing the chicken. I called this location half a dozen times and got no answer. I complained about the incident to their “help” (report a problem) thing online and got no response. Never again.
Got the toppings wrong for all three sandwiches I ordered - missing ones that I added, and including ones that I removed. A real "sub"-par experience compared to other locations I've visited

Messed up my order. Wrong sandwich and bread. Seems like they are understaffed during the lunch rush.
