you know, while a lot of other customers had bad experiences, mine wasn't that bad. Even though the number 13 takes a while, maybe due to 13 signifying the unlucky employee who has to work extra to make it, they made it pretty fast. around lunch, there will be a wait, and I've seen comments that pickup might be delayed, which could be true. However, there seemed to be a seperate area dedicated to pick up and delivery orders so that problem might be patched. Store is empty at 10:53 am but I’m just waiting to be acknowledged. Absolutely not one person greeted or asked me what I needed in 15 min. And it’s super hot today. All of the eyes are focused on the back line on tickets and no attention to walk the line persons.
I hate to do this. I hate to do this. I went to school with Paul, the son of the founder. But. I called the store 6 times over the past 10 minutes. No one there gives a damn about its customers. No one picks up. I needed to address something about the order. But Noooope. They let it ring into a busy signal. If they don't care enough to pick up their own phone, why would you support a store like this? You can't pick up a phone!? Screw this place. I'm DONE.
