They have the worse service. They are not able to fulfil orders. I placed an order with door dash and they were unable to prepare for 90mins. Door dash then had to cancel the order. Please don’t go to this location.
I go to Jersey Mikes a couple of times a week. I am addicted to the Chicken Cheese Steak. I was in Midtown this afternoon and saw Jersey Mikes. It's 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant is empty. I ordered my favorite sandwich and the guy told me my order is going to take at least fifteen minutes. I said thank you and walked out. I can not understand how a Chicken Cheese Steak can take 15 minutes to make on a slow Saturday afternoon in August. I love Jersey Mikes however I will never return to this location
Dont bother going there. Service is horrible. Good luck getting your online order in under an hour. This place will piss you off. You've been warned.
