I placed an online order for pick up around 1258p I believe . I know because of the lunch hour , it's typically super busy and it's a small location, so i gave grace and decided to head their a little later. I got their around 125p-130p and my order still was not ready , nor was anybody calling out orders . I waited online for a few until the mobile order / pickup side died down a bit . Absolutely terrible experience at this location. I placed a mobile order with a scheduled pickup time of 12:09 PM for just one sandwich. When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready — and it still wasn’t ready even at 12:44 PM. Waiting over 30 minutes past the quoted pickup time for a single sandwich is unacceptable, and it caused me to miss a meeting. What made it worse was the complete lack of customer care.
