When you make a phone call order sometimes they dont pick up or when you call 30 minutes ahead your food is not ready
One of the worst stores I’ve ever visited. Each time they make me wait for no reason. Forget I’m even there and then are confused when I asked them to check on my order. This time a manager came in and everyone stopped helping customers to review their write ups or performance reviews. Freaking crazy bro. Also, they prioritize their in-store customers over people who order online which doesn’t make any sense.
