Noticed black mold on ceiling tiles due to improperly insulated A/C ducting. Manager was sitting at a table with another employee (both of them on their phones). Brought the black mold to the attention of the manager. Instead of thanking me for bringing it to his attention or any other positive response, he chose to gaslight me by defensively telling me he was working on it. Had an awesome experience the staff was helpful and really put the hard work and effort in the sandwich. I got the #42 and it was delicious 😋
Love this place
Quick and simple on this one. The shorter black employee with shorter dreadlocks and glasses on two separate occasions was rude and condescending to a customer and then rude and condescending to a fellow employee. Food was fine and the entire rest of the staff were very polite and pleasant. Just that one person. Worth noting that a worker like that can be stressful to your other good employees.
I've never had anything but positive experiences at this location. Came in with the entire family today & the gentlemen working were patient & professional while executing flawless sammich delivery. Couldn't ask for more.
