We eat at this location quite a bit and today's experience was terrible! In hindsight, we should have left but we were in a hurry. When we walked in every table was dirty. We asked for them to be cleaned. A guy brought out a wet rag and proceeded to wipe every table with the same rag brushing everything onto the floor. Saturday evening at 7:15pm no bread.
When you ask for no onions and only peppers but instead they put extra onions no peppers . This isn’t the first time this jersey Mike’s on Grant Road has done this. Legit who eats a steak sandwich with this many onions anyway? The whole sandwich is just onions lol. And this was just on one side of the sandwich. There’s still a whole other side with a pound of onions on it.
Just picked up today, but the employees this afternoon (4-5ish) were super nice! They had on good music, good vibes. Sandwich wss good too☺️
Always a great experience at Jersey Mike's. The fact that they slice the meat and cheese fresh for every order makes a huge difference.
