Customer service sucks lady would not substitute ham for anything else because she had to cook she rather chit chat . Will not go there any more
I was very pleased with this Jersey Mike’s location in Dacula. The restaurant is SUPER CLEAN! All of the employees looked professional, were upbeat and talking to all of the customers, and they all exuded positivity so much so I could see it affecting the customers in a good way!!! On multiple occasions this store has messed up my order. I even BEG them in the order instructions that I want white bread because it is so frequent that they mess it up and give me the rosemary one. I would highly recommend going anywhere else to get food, this store is run poorly and incapable of fulfilling even the simplest requests, even if you begged them. This sandwiches have no taste --just plain -like cardboard.It could be much better tasting but no spices and meat tastes like paper. Never again
We love this Jersey Mikes. Once a month we go to get our subs. We are always greeted with smiles and respect. We always order the same subs They always remember our order. This is a wonderful place and people. We are two senior citizens who enjoy this Jersey Mikes. When we leave we say see you next month and they always answer see you next month. The Hynsons

I do luv the subs but long waits . 1 person doing orders in the back.and 1 in front long line waiting 1 person doing orders from people not there yet and 1 trying to keep up with people in line . Def need more help wait time was 35min for 1 sub
This store has incredible "Kindness Service" - which is the BEST kind of customer service! Every member of this Jersey Mike's Team has the gift of "Smiles" and they all understand the "Value of a Moment". The food is also delicious! I truly appreciate the kindness they extend to all!
