I discovered that the #16 Chicken Philly can be customized to replicate the chicken sandwiches I used to get at a local Filipino-owned sandwich place where I grew up. Lately, I've been having the staff at this store make it, and it's been incredible each time. It's the #16 Chicken Philly, no pepper strips, add bell peppers and mushrooms, add mayo and mustard, no white American cheese, add provolone, extra dark toast on the bread.
