My favorite sandwich shop
Visited two times, each visit was two weeks apart. First time the experience wasn't bad but the cashier was rude and seemed insulted to deal with the public. Second visit; asked how much the mini was and was scoffed at and asked "the mini what?" I just wanted to know the price of the item, after being rude about it several more times she finally let me know that only cold subs are offered in mini. Great crew here. Personable and happy to please.
My newborn has a severe dairy intolerance therefore I cannot have dairy. When we placed our order I very specifically said no dairy. I ate half of my sandwich and put the other half in my fridge. My child has been having extremely severe stomach issues - when I went to eat the other half of my sandwich I realized there was cheese. This has caused severe repercussions for my newborn. Follow Up: I decided to go again but check my sandwich before I ate it and they added cheese again when I said no cheese. Frustrating.
