On 8/20 at 5:55p I came in to order a regular turkey and provolone meal. The young lady asked me my order and I told her I also wanted the meat and cheese grilled. She told me that because of raw meat they aren't able too. Which makes no sense, its a grill. I said ok. She proceeded and slice 3 paper thin pieces of cheese and 4 pieces of turkey. I asked if that was the proper amount and she said yes and if I wanted more then it would be extra. I was so shocked. I told them nevermind and walked out.

We stopped into Jersey Mike’s in Fort Mill for lunch on a Friday afternoon, and the experience was exactly what you hope for from this chain — and then some. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The team was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
