I’ve been a loyal customer at the Jersey Mike’s in Gold Hill for quite some time. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, which is why I’ve continued coming back. However, during my recent visit, I noticed a change in the atmosphere due to some new front-of-house employees. I ordered the Original Italian sub on rose Mary bread the Jersey Mike's way. This is my go-to place for delicious salads and subs. This establishment was very clean, friendly and convenient from the gym.
The 1st jersey mikes to want to charge me for a full sandwich even though I just wanted a roll! I appreciate the other franchises that take care or work with their customers! I said no thanks and walked out writing this review in the parking lot of your franchise. Bad customer service!
