This restaurant was really nice when they first opened. Now they have young employees who use profanity in front of customers, the counter tops are always in a mess and the floor is always full of trash. They put on gloves but no one washes their hands before they put the gloves on. They’re always pulling there germy phones out with the gloves on. They really need to be trained on hygiene.
I came in on 3/1/26.. I won’t complain that they had a long wait time because it was literally only 2 cooks/preps to make the food, but the light skinned guy who took our payment for the food, literally took our payment and DISAPPEARED!!! He didn’t offer help to either one of the cooks. In fact after he rings us out and took a personal phone call he walked out, as 6 customers sat to wait on our food. Every time I order here for pick up the food is always 30 mins late. Don’t accept orders for pick up if they can’t be fulfilled on time.
There’s always at least 4-5 workers in the store yet take at LEAST 20 min to get any sandwich. 0 urgency.
