Poor customer service but good food if they make it right
The sandwich was fine but they didn't give me the drink I ordered and paid for. I did a curbside pickup and they handed me my double sealed bag and left. It was big enough to contain everything I ordered but once I got to my destination my bottled drink was nowhere to be found and I had to eat my dinner dry. I guess this is what the AI summary means about inattentive employees.
I have yet to have anything bad at Jersy Mike's. This location has always had excellent food and service.
