Bad service to the food delivery men I was eating and I noticed that they don’t even pay attention to them a guy waiting about 30 minutes for an order and only one person attending in front
Great service. The two guys behind the counter were very helpful. There was a woman (possible manager) sitting off to the side fussing at someone going out of a door, which caused unnecessary tension. Other than that it was a great experience.
Employees clearly hate their job and don't wanna be there. Not a "sorry" for adding mayo when I asked not and not a "Thank you" when leaving.
Food was OK but the meat guy was obnoxious. I asked for toasted and he said they don't toast sandwiches. Instead I should order from hot sandwiches section which they don't have on their menu. Completely dismissive. He could toast my sandwich in the kitchen. I'm sure they have a toaster in there somehwere.
Didn’t love my experience. Im a big fan of jersey mikes but this one wasn’t great. The place is run by inexperienced young people. Need a more experienced adult to be in charge and help guide them. The bread was stale, the sandwich was dry. I asked for Mike’s way and they completely disregarded it. The young male worker was arguing with the young female worker in front of a line of customers.
